Q: How do I access the membership site?
To log in, go to https://www.corymuscara.com/finding-home-login-page/.
If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link (see image below).
Q: How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, log out, go to https://www.corymuscara.com/finding-home-login-page/ and click the “Forgotten Password?” link (see image above).
Q: How do I navigate around the membership site?
After logging on, click “Get Started”.
Click on “Week 1”, “Week 2”, etc. on top bar to view weekly recordings as they become available.
After clicking a weekly video tab, play the recording by clicking the arrow in the center of the video image.
Video and audio downloads are available on the bottom right of each video recording. If video doesn’t download immediately after clicking “download video”, you may need to right click the “download video” bar and select “Download Linked File” from the dropdown menu that appears.
Q: How do I join the live webinars?
You will get an email from “Tech Support” one day, and one hour before each call. Simply click on the link in the email to join the call, or follow the instructions to join by phone.

Q: If I miss the call, when can I listen again?
We understand you have busy schedules and live in many different time zones, so all the calls will be recorded and transcribed so you can listen to them anytime, as many times as you like. You will also be able to download the calls. The calls are uploaded into the membership, usually within 48 hours.
Q: How long is the course content available on the membership site?
The content stays there for at least a year after the program ends, and you are welcome to download any material you like to save indefinitely.
Q: How do I join the private Facebook group?
You can request to join the Facebook group by clicking here, and then clicking “join group” in the bottom left corner.
Since it’s a private group, you’ll have to wait for your request to be approved. If your Facebook name is different than the name you registered with, please contact us at email@example.com. If you don’t have a Facebook account, you’ll need to create one in order to participate. Once your request has been approved, go to the group and introduce yourself, your interests, and reason for joining this program.
Q: I am having odd display or compatibility issues. How do I fix them?
Make sure to use the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, or Safari and make sure all of your computer updates are installed. DO NOT use Internet Explorer.
